"Choux d´enfer" - The first Sweet food stand in Paris paris fr

The Gourmand joint project between the 2 star chefs; Alain Ducasse and Christophe Michalak
has become a reality.

Walk by the stand and be mesmorised by the sweet odeur of the lightly caramelized dough...
Throw in a few sweet taste delights in the hectic city life of Paris. - That was the dream
which became a reality on January 27th 2014.

Street food is very popluar these days. Everywhere in the world there is cooking and
eating at stands in the streets. In France, the most common thing is to quickly grab a
quick sweet at your closest bakery. It was this observation that led Alain Ducasse to have
the idea of starting a concept that combines the street food culture with the french love
of pastries.

It took several months of trial and error for Christophe and Alain, before they finally
had the perfect size, texture and taste for all the cakes offered on menu. "Chou d´enfer"
as they are calling their speciality, will certainly satisfy any expectations with their
assortment of sweet and salty cakes. The menu stretches itself from classic Cream Puff
Cakes to chocolate, caramel with saltet butter all the way to compte cheese with curry and
chili pepper.

There truly is something for everyones tastebuds at this new street food concept in Paris!

The first stand can be found at the intersection of "rue Jean Rey" and "Quai Branley" in
the 15th arrondissement in Paris.
